The house

The house, built in the 19th century but with data recorded since 1920, has been carefully restored respecting its structure and most of the original materials. It has been decorated by reusing some of its existing furniture and using other similar ones with the intention of maintaining a harmonious style and providing the greatest comfort and a cosy atmosphere for its tenants.

But don't be fooled by its rustic appearance because the house is equipped with all the means of modern life that technology provides: large induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi throughout the house, television...

It is also self-sustainable in some aspects with solar panels and we want to contribute as much as possible to keep our clean air free of pollution at the highest level. It also has a mixed heating and hot water system that combines an oil boiler and a wood-burning fireplace in the kitchen...

On a plot of 5.000 m2 the house has 6 double bedrooms, one of which can sleep up to four people, 5 bathrooms, one of which is a toilet on the ground floor. It has 3 fireplaces: one in the main bedroom on the 1st floor which provides a very intimate atmosphere; another one in the living room with hot air outlet and a third one in the kitchen which has different uses, such as heating the whole house and providing hot water and a barbecue in a covered area. It will be a pleasure to grill any of the delicious meats and specialities of the area in the middle of winter, without getting cold, while you wait looking at the grill and sharing a good conversation.

The spaciousness of the living-dining room and the kitchen are worth mentioning. Both offer a table for all the guests staying in the house.

The living-dining room has three areas: a dining area; an intermediate area with an exit to the outside and a staircase to the first floor, where you will find a table football that will ensure you have a lot of fun; a sitting area with 4 sofas, a fireplace and a large window that will allow you to enjoy pleasant moments of conversation or games while you observe the relaxing terrain around you.

The kitchen will provide you with many possibilities to have a good time with the family cooking on the induction hob, in the oven or on the barbecue.
